A central glass box asserts the contemporary for an apartment located in a historic cityscape, adding flexibility to a compact home.

​

Using custom folding partitions, new layout configurations can be created around the glass cube which contains the master bedroom and bathroom; opening up larger living areas for entertaining or an extra bedroom for visiting guests.

​

The play of light on the opaque glass provides the opportunity for different illumination options, and an elegant mix of textures; a counterpoint for warm wood, white walls and modern fittings.
